Among the recipes prepared during the sessions were quinoa burgers with spinach and feta cheese, carrot mini pizzas, beans with cherry tomatoes and yoghurt, and pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips. These simple, balanced and flavourful dishes can easily be recreated at home. Through them, participants explored ingredients such as legumes, vegetables and whole grains in a creative and engaging way for the whole family.

An Experience to Enjoy as a Family

The workshops created a space where children and adults could cook together, exchange ideas and discover that the kitchen can also be a place for learning and fun. Between mixing, baking and tasting, each session became a shared experience that encouraged a more conscious approach to food and eating habits.

Participants also reflected on how the small decisions we make every day in the kitchen can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable diet. From choosing ingredients to planning meals, the workshops showed that adopting more balanced habits can be simple when they are incorporated into everyday life.

At the end of this edition, families take away much more than a collection of recipes. They leave with new ideas for cooking at home, greater confidence in the kitchen and the inspiration to continue exploring flavours, ingredients and habits that support their wellbeing.

Because when families cook together, every recipe becomes an opportunity to learn, share and create memories around the table.
