Interactive Online Cooking Sessions
A series of 30 online cooking sessions were conducted, attracting 682 participants. Led by professional chefs specializing in plant-based cuisine, these sessions provided families with practical skills to prepare nutritious meals at home. Interactive elements such as games and quizzes were incorporated to enhance learning and engagement.

Community Engagement through Face-to-Face Events
Seven in-person events were organized, bringing together 258 participants. These gatherings offered hands-on culinary experiences, strengthening community ties and emphasizing the importance of sustainable cooking practices.
Classroom Lesson Plans
3 lesson plans were developed on the topics of sustainability, ultraprocessed foods and seasonality. These were used in the classrooms in the four implementation countries.

Participant Feedback
Feedback from participants highlighted the positive impact of the program. Parents noted the enjoyment of cooking together as a family and the ease of recreating recipes at home. Children expressed newfound appreciation for ingredients they previously disliked, and teachers observed increased enthusiasm and understanding of nutrition among students.
Looking Ahead
Building on the successes of 2024, The Kitchen Adventure aims to expand its reach and deepen its impact in the coming year. By continuing to empower families with the knowledge and skills for healthy, sustainable eating, the project contributes to fostering a generation of conscious consumers.
