This workshop offers participants a chance to imagine and discuss positive future scenarios of food systems together. The invitation is to take an imaginary time travel back to our parents’ childhood and then to 2070. Based on historical and current notions of what was and is considered healthy food, we will look at the various factors and aspects of our food system's mega trends, and will try to imagine the future of healthy food.
